Let’s face it: in our day to day work lives we generally attend a lot of meetings, and especially in the public sector, records of those meetings need to be kept.
At Techtra, we work with a range of government offices, and what we’ve learned is that while streamlining meeting management and being more environmentally friendly is certainly on the radar –this needs to be done while adhering to government regulations around process and confidentiality.
One of our clients, the City of Kirkland, Quebec, is a perfect example. The city’s staff had undertaken a greening initiative, and they were looking abandon their 100-page plus print outs of municipal minutes for a fully-digital municipal meeting management tool.
